Earth oven lamb flavored with traditional shawarma spices drizzled with tahini.
Falafel Plate
Spiced chickpea croquettes served with Hummus, Baba Ganouj, Fattoush and Beet saladith cumin and smoked paprika and drizzled with tahini.
Mushroom Shawarma
Mushrooms sautéed in traditional shawarma spices.
Hummus
Creamy chickpea puree with tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Served with Pita bread.
Fattoush
Lettuce, garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted pita, and sumac-infused olive oil.
Baba Ghanouj
A smoked eggplant puree with tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Served with Pita bread.

Cannot say enough about how delicious their food is and the service even with only one server was outstanding! Thank you Taylor! Loved your enthusiasm, laughter and spirit. I had the Mushroom Shawarma, with sides of Hummus, Beets Tahini, Batata Harra and Tabouleh. Excellent and extremely tasty!
There were several delightful and flavorful dishes. We genuinely enjoyed the food and recommend that you try it for yourself. The server was friendly and helpful, though a bit overwhelmed during our visit. It might have just been busier than anticipated that day.
